Economic Releases for Monday, 23rd May 2011

Today is a relatively light day for economic data, with this morning's PMI data from Germany and the EMU representing the more significant releases. Earlier this morning, Japan reported both its Coincident Index and its Leading Economic Index; both of which saw declines to 103.5 and 100.1 respectively.
  • France Markit Services PMI: 0658 GMT;
  • France Markit Manufacturing PMI: 0658 GMT;
  • German Purchasing Manager Index Services: 0730 GMT;
  • German Purchasing Manager Index Manufacturing: 0730 GMT;
  • EMU Purchasing Manager Index Services: 0800 GMT;
  • EMU Purchasing Manager Index Manufacturing: 0800 GMT;
  • Retail Sales : 1300 GMT.
